Returns Made Easy!

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something doesn’t quite fit or suit you, no worries at all! You can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

  • It’s unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or scents (no perfume, please!).
  • It’s still in its original packaging with the tags attached.

Just a heads up: if your item doesn’t meet these little guidelines, it won't be eligible for a refund and we will send your item/s back to you. We’ll inspect everything that comes back to us!

Note: Some items can’t be returned, like sale items or things bought during special sales (think EOFY, Birthday Sale, Black Friday, etc.).

You'll be responsible for return shipping costs, but we recommend using a trackable service just in case. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 days, back to your original payment method. We'll send you a notification as soon as it's done!

Original shipping costs aren't refundable, and we only provide return labels if we've made an oopsie, like sending you the wrong size or if your item arrives damaged. If everything’s all good on our end, you’ll be responsible for return shipping.. Easy peasy, right? Enjoy shopping with us, risk-free! 💫


Exchanges

Need to make a swap? No worries, we’ve got you covered! Just email us at sales@solmatethelabel.com, and we’ll help you out as quickly as we can. Here’s what we ask for exchanges:

  • It’s been no more than 14 days since your order arrived.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, scent-free (no perfume, please!), and has its tags and original packaging.
  • It’s not a sale item, as those are final.

Just a heads up, we can’t always guarantee we’ll have the size or style you want, but we’ll do our best! Shipping costs for returns are on you, and we don’t provide return labels.

We’ll make it as smooth as possible for you!


Faults

We want you to love every piece you receive! If you think you’ve got a faulty or incorrect item, no worries – just email us at sales@solmatethelabel.com with a pic of the item, and we’ll make it right with a return label on us. 💌✨

Please note, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged from general use. But if something’s wrong, we’ve got your back!
