Oops! If your parcel bounces back to us (because it wasn’t collected or the address wasn’t quite right), we’re happy to resend it — just note the re-shipping cost will be on you.
✏️ Wrong Address?
It happens! If you accidentally typed the wrong address, shoot us an email ASAP at sales@solmatethelabel.com and we’ll do our best to update it.
If it's already been sent, we’ll try to redirect with Aus Post — but that’s not always possible. If it returns to us, we can resend it once shipping is paid again.
